An Adult Family Home is a residential property where the home can accommodate nonrelated individuals in need of help with their activities of daily living. Our home accepts only private pay residents at this time, operates 24/7 and all our staff is fully trained and delegated to be able to offer you or your loved ones the necessary care needed based on their individual nursing assessment and negotiated care plan.

Wellness Care

We strive to do our best for our residents to achieve optimum well-being by taking action to prevent disease and illness, manage mental health, diet, physical activity and much more.

Charting

Our facility is equipped with computerized medical charting software that helps our team to keep a record of all medical, physical and daily activities of each resident.

Health Reminders

All our stall if trained to offer medication reminders and management, along with medical appointment reminders, exercise, daily activities, and any other needs tailored to each resident.

Hygiene

Our staff assists with and provides, based on each resident's physical ability, all personal hygiene needs. Our home is equipped with wheelchair accessible bathroom with curbless walk-in shower, and laundry/housekeeping is offered weekly and as needed.

Physical Assistance

Based on each individual's needs and abilities, our staff is able to assist with ambulating, exercising, wheelchair/commode transfer, hoyer-lift, sit-to-stand lift and much more.

Non-Medical Care

We strive to care for the residents in all aspects of life, not just medical, that's why we believe that their favorite daily activities, hobbies, religious practices etc., should still be part of their every day life!
